If we discover that a user under 18 has accessed the Service, we will immediately terminate that user's account and delete associated data.

The Candy AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Candy AI. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Candy AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Candy AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
AI companions are artificial intelligence simulations and not real people. They cannot replace professional mental health care, medical advice, or human relationships.
In no event shall Candy AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
